Fiterman Hall Borough of Manhattan Community College
Fiterman Hall Borough of Manhattan Community College at 245 Greenwich St was heavily damaged from the collapse of 7 World Trade Center on 9/11. It was demolished and rebuilt and completed in 2012.

Deutsche Bank Building
The collapse of the South Tower during the September 11 attacks tore a 24-story gash into the facade of the Deutsche Bank Building (formerly Bankers Trust Plaza) which opened in 1974 and was a 39-story office building located at 130 Liberty Street adjacent to the World Trade Center site. It was eventually demolished.

Deutsche Bank Building Fire, 8/18/2007
On 8/18/2007 Firefighter Joseph Graffagnino, an eight year veteran and Firefighter Robert Beddia a twenty-three year veteran, both assigned to Engine 24 and Ladder 5 and Battalion 2 in SoHo — a fire house that lost 11 firefighters on Sept. 11– died while fighting a fire at the vacant Deutsche Bank Building damaged on 9-11.
